It should be understood that when you choose to book with me a Consultation booking is required before the booking of a Planning Package.
In a Consultation meeting, full deposit is required before the time of the service.
A Planning Package booking requires a 20% deposit in order to secure your date and package. The remaining deposit is requested at the latest, 1 week before your event.
As your Planner, I am enabled to sign for vendors to secure your services with them based upon verbal consent by you as a couple. And request your deposit with that vendor after that point.
Couples should understand that additional charges outside the Planning Package purchase may be added to their account after I reserve deposits with securing vendors for their wedding date.
After purchasing a Planning Package with me if cancelation of service is requested, a cancelation fee of $200 is required in order to cancel your planning services with me. This can be done up until the week before your event. Your cancelation fee will not be refunded. Your initial 20% of your Planning Package deposit will not be refunded. If any other Planning Package deposits have been made outside the 20% that can be refunded.
A Consultation meeting may be canceled 1 hour before the appt. but never refunded.
